That sounds like Discovery Channel - I caught Obese and Pregnant on Discovery this morning. With megacable here, we also have BBC America, which is essentially just BBC, and we got a show all about breasts - again, no blurs, and women talking like they talk to other women - too small, too large, too pointy, too high, etc. There was also a sex therapy show on BBC for a while, where they fill a couple's house with cameras and film them interacting, including having sex (infared camera) and then meet with the couple to give them sex therapy. not American TV at all.
